The wings themselves were excellent, but I wasn't provided with any napkins or ranch dressing. The wait time was excessive, and the customer service was disappointing. I likely won't return, especially since I can find better service at other similar establishments.

The restaurant remains as clean as it was when it first opened, but the person at the cash register was a bit rude. The food quality was satisfactory, although I prefer the dry rubs over the sauced wings. Since everything is made to order, the quality is good for what you’re paying, and you can always expect it to be fresh. It might take a little longer, but it's definitely worth the wait.

I placed an order at this location, and my food arrived an hour late because the DoorDasher took my wings. When I finally got my new order, the wings were lukewarm, and either the sauce tasted stale or it was completely wrong. It was really disappointing.

In fact, several customers who arrived after me were able to place their orders—none of which were for takeout—and leave before I even received my food! I simply ordered a 10-piece wing and fries, yet around ten people who came in later were served faster. Once I finally began eating, my stomach didn’t feel right after the meal. To top it off, I didn’t even receive an apology for the long wait. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and I definitely won’t be returning to Wingstop. It simply wasn’t worth the $20 I spent.
