Starbucks - Augusta

One of the best Starbucks locations I had so far. Very cozy, nice and well organized. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. This place gives you really pleasure and helps to enjoy your drinks and food. Don't go by, get in and relax.

After a drive through scruffy Augusta we stopped at this Starbucks for something to keep Us going on our long drive home. I was surprised what a nice, little place this Starbucks is. Nice light in the evening and nice staff. We will stop here again when passing through Augusta!

"I have to say, this Starbucks always gets my order right. They love my dog, who accompanies us, and they even make her a pup cup. Their sandwiches are amazing, and I would rate the drinks a solid 5 stars – you definitely need to have a specific palate to enjoy them. Honestly, my only issue is the pricing, which is more of a concern for the business."

We visit the Starbucks in the Augusta or Waterville area, and we've always had a positive experience. The staff is friendly, and our order is accurate and delicious 99% of the time. On the rare occasion that there's an issue, they cheerfully resolve it right away. I do wish the app had a feature that allows us to adjust the tip. We've managed to do it, but having that option would be really helpful.

I really enjoy using the 'Order Ahead' feature in the mobile app. The games are fun, and I earn rewards with every purchase. One thing I wasn't aware of is that there is no smoking allowed at the Drive-Thru. The employees are always friendly and consistently get my orders right.
