Sonic Drive-in - Augusta

I had the espresso shake and the broccoli cheese sauce, and eight hours later, I'm still feeling the effects of the broccoli. The carhop was friendly and attentive.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! The hamburger was amazing—hot and fresh. The tater tots were also very tasty. I have to say, the best Sonic is located in Augusta, KS. Faith, our server, was incredibly friendly and had a beautiful smile that made our visit even more enjoyable!

The service was quick, the food was served hot, and the staff member was very friendly. I will definitely make a point to stop by on my next visit!

Many of their ordering screens seem to be broken frequently. I found three in a row that weren't working at all. I finally found one that was operational on my fourth attempt at parking. The customer service was disappointing. The carhop simply handed me my food and walked away without saying a word.

I wanted to share my experience at the drive-thru in Augusta, KS, on Lulu Street. The young lady working there noticed that our hot dog was made incorrectly before she even handed us our order. I had only ordered ketchup, but it came with all the toppings instead. In today's world, that attention to detail means a lot. Fast food prices are rising, but with service like this, it's worth the extra cost. I just wish we had caught her name. Great job!
