I like the pizza but I?m disgusted at what I just witnessed. I?m glad I seen it before I paid. The pizza maker was making pizzas with no gloves stopping in between and texting on his phone. Phones are so disgusting that is beyond unsanitary. He didn?t seeme standing behind him. It?s not only the fact that he was on his phone touching food but Nobody should be handling food withoutgloves it?s disgusting. I won?t be back ever.
I never received my order, which was supposed to include two extra-large pepperoni pizzas and a Greek salad. The delivery person showed up with only two slices and left when I informed them it wasn't my order. When I requested a refund, the response I received was quite rude. While they acknowledged I had my confirmation email, withdrawal statement, and order tracking information, they refused to help me because I hadn't actually received anything. I paid for my order, got nothing in return, and when I called for assistance, I was met with more unhelpful behavior from the staff!
Not great! My friend and I went for lunch, and the mac and cheese had a strange, plastic taste. My stromboli had only two slices of pepperoni on it—definitely not worth the $10 when it was mostly bread. His chicken bacon ranch pizza was also a letdown, scoring a solid 2 out of 10.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I discovered hair in my pizza, and when I brought it up to the manager, he responded, “I’m not taking responsibility for that. What do you want me to do?” I was shocked by his attitude. He took my receipt and instructed me to throw away the old pizza myself. When he prepared a new one for me, he even had the nerve to say, “Don’t come back.” Daniel Wright's demeanor was quite unprofessional. This was the second time I found hair in my food at this location. Although I wanted to give them another chance, this treatment is simply unacceptable. They don’t even have a working phone number. While the other staff members were fine, it’s clear that if someone is unhappy in their job, they should consider finding another one. It’s unfair to treat paying customers in this manner.
Sbarro used to have good food and service, but today was a complete disappointment. The pizza was soggy, lukewarm, and very oily. It wasn’t reheated but simply thrown into a box and bag. When I asked for it to be reheated, I was told there was nothing wrong with the pizza. The rude and childish manager’s response was to throw the pizza in the trash without offering a replacement or refund. Then, instead of addressing my concerns, they told the prep cook to tell me to stop talking. This person clearly has no business in a leadership or customer service role.
