Iunderstand people are short staffed right now and if that?s not the case may be having bad day but please the tone of your voicewhen answering calls for customers sets the mood for the rest of the call. A simple sorry we are not able to help you out todaybut please give us a try again in the future or anything other than I?m sorry we are over booked and I just can?t do it but in atone that I could tell you really did not want to be there.

This location has the sam... read more Many years ago, we were stationed in Fayetteville, NC. It was there that I fell in love with Roly Poly, especially their potato salad. This location has the same menu. They have a TON of choices, including the option to build your own. The food isfreshly prepared and delicious. The service is good: I was greeted promptly and my food was prepared quickly. I ordered a hotDixie Chicken, and it was ready within about 10 minutes during lunch time (around 11:30 am). Y'all...THE POTATO SALAD!! If youlike loaded baked potatoes, you will like their potato salad. It's creamy and herby and slightly smoky. Yes, there's bacon init. I have spent the past 10 or so years trying to recreate it, and I can't seem to get it quite right. It's SO delicious! I'm glad to have this place in my neighborhood again. Thank you, Roly Poly, for living up to my high expectations! My familyand I will be frequent customers.
