Contribute FeedbackI really love Pizza Hut. Even when they’re busy in the evenings, your food is always hot, fresh, and ready when you pick it up.
Feeling quite hungry by then, I decided to try again, and the same man picked up. He immediately asked, "Could you please hold?" once again putting me on silent hold without waiting for my consent. If you're looking for great customer service, a quick ordering process, and decent food, I recommend going elsewhere instead of Pizza Hut on Western Avenue in Augusta. It seems like the priority there is everything except doing their job. Save yourself the hassle!
This is a solid Pizza Hut location. While it may not rival local pizzerias, the service is quick and they handle orders efficiently.
