I tried to order a two-piece chicken meal but was abruptly interrupted and informed that it would take 45 minutes to an hour to get it. When I inquired about alternative options, I was told that I couldn't order anything else either, as everything would also take 45 minutes. I politely explained that I couldn't wait and thanked them. However, as I drove past, the woman gave me a look as if I had done something wrong just by trying to place an order. I would definitely not recommend this location and won’t be returning.

The app wouldn't let me select mac and cheese, so I opted for two fries and planned to clarify when I arrived. When I explained the situation, I was given mac and cheese but no spoon. After getting home, I realized I was missing the fries and only had one side instead of the two I ordered. This KFC consistently fails to provide what you pay for, so be sure to double-check your orders. Seriously!

The staff rushed us through our order, asking if that was everything after each item, despite the fact that we had two separate orders. We weren't given a total before reaching the window, and when they finally brought out our food, it was handed to us without a word. They practically shoved it through my window and quickly walked away. Both ladies seemed uninterested in being there. This experience was not even worthy of a single star.

So, I opted to go to a different chicken spot instead. I've never visited this restaurant without having to wait for something.

I was truly touched, reminded... read more I went through the drive-thru and realized I had lost my debit card. To my surprise, the lady manager offered to pay for my food. I was truly touched, reminded of a time when kindness was more common and neighbors looked out for each other simply because it was the right thing to do. When I got home, I found my card under the rubber mat in my car, but what mattered most was her generous response: “No worries, I’ve got you. Happy Thanksgiving!” Her kindness will definitely be paid forward. I wanted to take a moment to thank her again and wish her a wonderful holiday season filled with joy. Blessings to her. Thank you!
