Dunkin' - Augusta

The wait was incredibly long, about 15 minutes for one drink in the drive through. Then, when I got to the window, the drink was wrong. It took them an extra few minutes to add a simple splash of coconut milk to the drink. To then drive away and realize 90%of my drink was ice. I paid $4.04 for a cup of ice with 10% liquid. Just disappointed and frustrated! :

Roommate and I went in and got Hot chocolate with whip cream and chocolate drizzle as well as two donuts and a strawberry coolata? Tyler and trainee did a great job even with a few hiccups?The man in the drive-thru (long ponytail max? Mark? Idkcouldn?t get a good read of the name tag) needs an attitude adjustment or fired! No need to run your mouth (swearingnonetheless) about customer?s orders because YOU missed something! Maybe next time WAIT til the order is complete if he knowsthere?s a new person on the register!

Rating this 3 stars because they?re constantly messing the orders up. It?s super annoying to spend money on things and not get what you order. Most times I?m grabbing and going to work I don?t have time to turn around and wait in an hour long line to getmy order fixed.

This is my second time in a week going through the drive-through. I wanted a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese that was probably a teaspoon of cream cheese on the whole thing. The coffee sucked I asked for four creams there was hardly any cream.Service was horrible, and very slow. I don?t recommend this place at all

Amazing the ice coffee is the best with have the cam shots half of them but there do a good fast paced work
