These employees work so very hard, and it shows. My orders are always correct and delicious. If they are backed up/slammed, they communicate promptly and accurately about what time your food will be ready. Use the app for good deals. Kudos to the last bastion of cheap takeout food. What Tim F doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
Website says open until 1am. Placed order at 12.10. Drove there for them to cancel order. Employees standing around talking when I drove by. Worst domino's around. View all feedback.
The pizza is delicious, affordable, and worth the wait. People shouldn 't be upset about waiting in line since you can just place your order in the morning and ask for it to be timed to be ready for you when you want to pick it up for dinner. It 's easy. You can order it DAYS ahead of time. So, if you call during busy hours and expect to cut in line, that 's not going to happen, and it 's your own fault because other people called first. You do not get special treatment just because you 're mad that you 're hungry. Just make a timed order for lunch the day before you want it, or make a timed order for your dinner when you 're having lunch. It 's so easy! Also, If you want it delivered at a specific time, have it timed 30 minutes before you want it just so there 's wiggle room if they 're slammed, short staffed, bad traffic, etc. That way you won 't get hangry. hangry hungry angry. They are open at 10:30 AM! Call ahead!Even better- use the app and earn free pizzas and other items. I highly recommend the app, just don 't believe the estimated time that the app gives you. It is always ambitiously incorrect, but that is something to take up with corporate (you can find their number online or write to them). But it is NOT the staff 's fault, so don 't take your frustration out on the them. They didn 't design the app and have no control over what it tells you.Just be kind. They make great pizza at a great price, and they 're working non-stop. Have some empathy and appreciation. It is so easy.Vegetarian options: Their Mediterranean Veggie pizza is fantastic.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free crust that is made in a facility that makes regular dough as well, so unless you 're EXTREMELY sensitive to gluten, it 's a great option.Parking: You should be fine. Plus, there 's a parking lot next door too.Kid-friendliness: Clean place with kind staff. Naturally, it 's impossible to predict how the other customers will behave though.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs.
Decided to go out on a whim and give the Augusta Maine location one more shot in hopes that they might have gotten their act together and yet again they are proving to disappoint. I long since learned if I want my food in a timely manner I need to order from Gardiner and my food will be ready by the time I get there to pick it up. But tonight when I went on the website to order I put in Augusta and it gave me less than 30 minutes for a wait time so I decided to order at the Augusta Location. I’m now sitting in my vehicle an hour after I ordered waiting on food because this location just can’t keep up with the amount of business it gets and it isn’t giving it’s customers accurate wait time which is the only reason it actually gets the amount of business it does get! Come on Dominos you can do better! Fix your wait times on your site or put a cap on how many orders you can actually keep up with so that customers aren’t sitting in a packed parking lot hungry while we watch the employees through the windows just stand at the counter itching their heads between having to tell customers their food still isn’t ready and they need to wait longer! The guy standing at the counter could be helping prep but he is literally just standing there physically scratching his head as if it’s no big deal we are all waiting like this… Not impressed! I’m done with Augusta, I’ll just use the extra gas I have to and drive to Gardiner from now on!

The line behind the counter always appears clean and organized. The employees making food clearly follow food safety guidelines and keep their work area tidy. When they are busy or backed up (not often), they are always sweet and apologetic. Happy to give them my business frequently.Parking: Parking in front of the store is limited, but just behind there is a large lot with plenty of space.
Why does website say open but I was just turned away and was told there closed.march 10th 2024 10.01 my clock.
Management needs to figure out how to staff their store. One person to handle dinner rush for the only store in Augusta is asinine.
