Unfortunately, he didn't enjoy it as much this time since many of the games were out of order and unavailable.

This restaurant has really declined in quality. The staff is not at all like they used to be, and the establishment is now dirty and poorly maintained. The teen... read more This restaurant has really declined in quality. The staff is not at all like they used to be, and the establishment is now dirty and poorly maintained. The teenagers working there seem more focused on joking around and texting on their phones than attending to customers. The drink area, in particular, was quite grimy and sticky. Even though prices have increased, the level of service has noticeably dropped. The current manager appears unconcerned about any issues and has a frustrating attitude. In the past, they had an excellent team with managers who truly cared. In my view, they need a complete overhaul, including letting some staff go and bringing in new hires. Think carefully before choosing this place for your child's party; you definitely won't get your money's worth.
