I went into flip-flops and a hoodie, felt like a sore thumb among all natives, but had the best steak I had in awhile, had good entertainment, and felt welcome.

Every sit/table was full when I... read more Roasted chicken and fries were excellent. Chicken was juicy, lots of flavor. Fries were thick and actually tasted like potatoes. Every sit/table was full when I was there, very busy but that didn't impact the good service. Saw a couple acts of kindness amongst the locals that were dining there. I stopped in many towns while thru hiking the CDT, I must say Augusta has the friendliest people along the entire trail.
