Description

**Brick's: A Mixed Bag in Augusta’s Dining Scene**

Brick's Restaurant offers a unique atmosphere as a private club, where friendly staff and reasonable prices attract many. With a $13 annual membership, patrons enjoy a welcoming community and can even smoke indoors—a rare find. While some praise its tasty pizza and good drink specials, others lament lackluster tacos and unwelcoming service from bartenders. Regular events like annual poker runs seem to have faltered, prompting disappointing experiences for loyal customers. Despite mixed reviews, Brick's remains a go-to spot for those seeking a casual dining experience with a hint of nostalgia amid Augusta’s dining landscape.

The private club membership is only $13 a year, and it’s definitely worth it. The atmosphere is wonderful, the members are friendly, and the staff is top-notch. The food is tasty, and for those who smoke, there’s a designated area for that here. The club is open on Sundays and Tuesdays from 2 PM to midnight, and from Wednesday to Saturday from 2 PM to 2 AM. I look forward to seeing you all there as members!

We have held our poker run at this restaurant for the past four years, but our experience yesterday was disappointing. The bartender on duty was unfriendly, and an off-duty bartender even attempted to provoke a confrontation. Because of this, we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere. I’m sure SugarShane’s will gladly welcome us and accept our money next time.

It's nice to go somewhere that you can still smoke inside, don't have to go out in bad weather. Had pizza it is so the best in town. Could do carry out so a family could enjoy.

They have reasonable prices, good service and are about the only option you have for a beer in Augusta. Yes, it's a private club so you have to buy a membership. However, they always recognize you and remember your name.
