We had menu 2, the trout, risotto and the pear were very good. Everything about the turbot was very good except for the green paste on the fish. This green paste was so salty that I couldn't identify it at all and removed it from the fish. I suspect a caper paste because of the saltiness. This was the case with both dishes (mine and my wife's). I also told the waiter about this but he just said he would pass it on to the kitchen. Next time I'll let the dish go back if that's all you hear.

The ambience and service were very good. Unfortunately the food wasn't worth the money. The Hamachi cevice was almost tasteless. unseasoned and boring. The deer was a so-called uniform porridge, with the chestnuts, red cabbage and meat hardly differing in consistency from one another. Price/performance not appropriate. The gentleman in service and also the kitchen responded to the complaint in a very condescending and arrogant manner. Far from any hospitality.
The ambiance was truly appealing. The food, however, was all the more disappointing: while it looked fine dining, the taste was unfortunately a flop. The multi-course menu completely failed to impress either of us. For this price range, I expect significantly more than just beautifully presented food...
