Service: we were treated very nicely. No complaints at all! Bonus: I’m a total Naruto fan. I kinda let out a super freaky squeak when I saw the small Naruto picture. The staff just smiled and I felt less embarrassed. I really felt like eating noodle soup at Ichiraku‘s. Thanks for that!

I was deeply d... read more IKKO serves phenomenal ramen, but it was a shame we had the customer experience we did. I've visited twice, and my first visit was very pleasant. I was deeply disappointed by my second visit. We were a group composed of two Asian males — one East Asian and the other South Asian in appearance — and myself. We've noticed that the two tables which came in after us were served earlier than our own; we also noted that both tables were composed of Caucasian visitors. I do not know if the circumstances were a result of an honest mistake or intentional prejudice, but regardless, it was extremely unprofessional on the part of the restaurant to have kept us waiting the length we did, given that more than one group of customers were served before us, even if they arrived later. Please keep in mind that such behavior on the part of the restaurant staff DO affect the customer experience, even if it may not have been intentional. Please deal with either the racism or poor service/business management (or bring to attention the issue of racial sensitivity with your staff).
