This high quality resto is located behind the augsburg main railway station (banhof) and has been around 10 years in a art deco (1920) beautiful building. it ha... read more This high quality resto is located behind the augsburg main railway station (banhof) and has been around 10 years in a art deco (1920) beautiful building. it has many tables inside, a relatiw large garden with tables outside, plus another room with glass. dach and some 10 tables. eating is absolutely delicious, balanced, all high-quality ingredients and quite simple cooking. I loved the spagetti with truffles, the carpaccio (Roh-Rind file, cut very thin and then marinated in I don't know what) antipasti served with delicious mushrooms, the grilled calamari and grilled fresh sole, cleaned from the waiter and served with grilled vegetables as a wee, a dream! a great choice of good weeping and great wine for the gloomy, panacotta forever, served with fresh season top and some fine brown sugar distributed around it! good service, with a smile. O.K. ambience. good value. a reservation is a good idea for this successful resaurant.

I was with a party of about 12 and most of the meals our table were classic Italian dinner with a German flare (standard page is kartoffels, although...pasta is always an option.) service was friendly and excellent- we were a big party, but never neglected. if they have a demand for Italian food while in augsburg they should check this place absolutely.
