What Sven Stephan dislikes about BIODuMAROC:
Good food, friendly service, fresh ingredients, a taste of Marocco. Although I would have wished a bit more spices to underline the taste. The lam tagines were very good. Has potential. View all feedback.

Eating was great, but there are not many vegan options to choose from (two net and two starters I think) the couscous came with something extra veggie broth and homemade broth. the staff was very friendly, I'll be back.

Here bio unites with a thousand and a night. what comes out are wonderful delicious dishes that not only look gorgeous, but also taste excellent. and all in good organic quality. the restaurant is guided by a Moroccan family with much love and heart blood. the passion for the land and good qualitatiw high-weapon kitchen you feel the daughter of the house immediately after having changed a few words with her. it likes to get out from where the organic meat or the organic vegetables are obtained. we ordered an appetizer from kicherbsen and an appetizer from auberginen. broth and tasty sauces were added, for example mandelmus. as main dishes we chose black couscous with grilled calamari, chop meat spits and bark liver spits. everything was wonderfully garnished with fresh crumbling and oriental spices. also the soft drinks are highly recommended, especially the homemade ingwerlimonade, rosenlimonade or simply a can fresh minzetee. enter the in-house shop, you feel like in the Arabic bazar. there is a beautiful selection of ceramics, jewellery and dresses (most of them are specially made by a cutter). we like to come back, next time for coffee and tea break to try out the sweet homemade delicacies!

A very enjoyable spontaneous restaurant visit at a Wednesday evening. nice decor in the Moorish style, charming service, the menu varied and very dedicated to fresh, aromatic ingredients. especially good was the homemade harissa. a loving enrichment of the augsburg restaurant scene in not exactly with great local blessed city part high customs.
