Very slow for everything— ordering, drinks, food, and they got our drinks order wrong (I had to insist when they claimed it was correct, admitting eventually that they had run out of what I ordered. The waitress actually said “I hope it was worth the wait”!

We enjoyed a complimentary cocktail and even got to meet the chef. Every dish was delicious, especially the crab starter which was exceptional. The presentation of each course was top-notch.

The beef dish I order... read more We dined at this restaurant on Sunday and had a terrible experience. It was by far the worst Sunday lunch I have ever had at a restaurant. The beef dish I ordered looked like it had been haphazardly thrown onto the plate, which was then placed on a table outside covered in bird droppings that the waitress didn't bother cleaning. The roast vegetables were undercooked, the gravy was bitter, the potatoes were inedible due to excessive pepper and strange gelatinous lumps. My son's chicken and chips were overcooked, and my other son's garlic bread was burnt and lacked garlic flavor. The salads were served with wilted leaves that tasted off. My family and I were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and service. Despite our dissatisfaction, no one asked us about our meal or seemed concerned when we left most of it uneaten. It was so bad that I considered warning the family who sat down next to us as we were leaving, but I refrained out of sympathy for the struggling business. Overall, I felt genuinely sorry for the restaurant's situation.
