we were the first time in the restaurant yesterday. first we have let the grandiose view of the road marvel and then we were greeted by a very friendly and accommodating waiter. Thursday is carving day, so we could get from a lot of carving variations, between about 8 and 12 euro. the food was freshly prepared, the sweet fresh and not from the canned or deep cooling. it was very tasty and is to sit in the area of goo... In the corner there was a cabinet with ancient policals of any resrvisten meetings and room plants left from the autumn and from the silvester party and cried before themselves....Sometimes, an unfriendly service came by and accepted orders which were delivered after a long period. The lunch was already delivered to the last of 15 people, so that most of them were ready to eat.

The restaurant parkwarte is located in an exposed location high above the city road in the city park am heidelsberg. from above they have a magnificent view over the road . easily accessible via a public road that is in front of the door where there are numerous parking spaces. However, it is not easy to find, as the mozartstraße is easily overlooked from the b 101 in/out the direction blackberg. from which it leads to the narrower park road, which leads quite steeply to the mountain. interesting the history that describes the curse of the native. In 1904, a so-called embellishment association, who took care of the care and care of the city parks, called on the city council to leave the property to build a tower and a restaurant. At the same time, the project for financial support was requested. the city council agreed to him, but some were made available. so that the new building was only allowed to serve public purposes and had to contain a slim economy, private use was excluded. the loan had to be repaid in time, a contract was concluded with the renter of the gas industry under the conditions of the city. Changes in the building were not allowed as the sale of the building was excluded by the agreement. in the event of violations against the contractual rules threatened the agreement to return the immobile and the property immediately to the city. it was built, managed and everything was good. the embellishment association actually embellished the city, so from 1893 on the heidelsberg a park with walks, benches, flower beds and pavillons was created. even a summer toboggan run was built. the two world wars and the economic crises in between. the busy citizens, however, ensured most of the time that restaurants and facilities are used on the heidelsberg and the popular city park festivals could also be carried out. I only notice that my report will grow a little, so now in all short circuits at the actual location. after the 2nd World War there were some better years for parking and parking until increasingly land and buildings fell down. only after 1990 was slowly revived. in 1996 private individuals bought the gastronomic building, built it and rebuilt it and checked it. Today, the parkkeeper is again a popular excursion destination with inside seat and large outside terrace. we informed us on the homepage about the opening hours Wednesday to Sunday, Monday Tuesday and Saturday and planned an early Christmas trip to the street and on the heidelsberg. in the early afternoon it should be before the dawn of the morning, which had already collapsed shortly after 16 o'clock. the public parking below the restaurant directly on the street was quickly found, from here you can enjoy the view of the street and the surrounding mountains and forests from a small view terrace. the parking space is reached after 3 minutes, there is an in-house large parking space. this was closed with a cabinet and an infoboard on the next level could remove the changed opening times. since 1.11.2017 the parkkeeper has opened on Friday 17 o'clock and on the weekend of 11 o'clock. no problem for us, because there should be a city walk anyway, we have found a very nice locality for dinner. so we will only return here next year, then in the summer with hopefully renewed opening times to be able to use the terrace. what we have seen from outside has made us a very good impression. small note to the owners: please update the display of the opening times on their homepage, for guests who drive on them in a targeted manner and then stand in front of closed door or barrier could be annoying. from me there is only one star to reject this informative negligence.

Thursday is carving day, so we could get from a lot of carving variations, between about 8 and 12 euro. the food was freshly prepared, the sweet fresh and not from the canned or deep cooling. it was very tasty and is to sit in the area of good-bourgeois. the facility of the restaurant is friendly, somewhat conservative (fits to the location). there is even a playbag for the small guests. the service was very attentive and repeatedly considered whether the guests still needed something.
