Reviews summary
Once-beloved neighborhood spot, this long-standing bar offers standout snacks — notably seasoned complimentary popcorn, lahvosh and tortilla soup — and occasional excellent service and lively music-video entertainment. However, diners report inconsistent food (burnt pizza, tough wings), slow drink service and a clique-ish, unwelcoming atmosphere. Visits feel hit-or-miss: nostalgic and fun when staff shine, disappointing when service and quality lapse.

Great food! Always super service! Thanks, guys! Always a great time at The Pit!
This was our first and last visit. We ordered pizza and wings, and both were hard and burnt when they arrived. We also had to wait 10 minutes just to get our drink orders.
