The dishes are beautifully presented, do not lack taste and are full of different flavors. We entered a curcuma risotto accompanied by calamars jumped on a cream with seiche ink. In the dish, a calf of Normandy's cider and a pintade suprem accompanied by polenta with spinach. I once again enjoyed the polenta: Pinetade and veal sauté were very tender and tasteful. For dessert, a tatin pie with apricots, original and not too sweet, as well as a rhubarb triffle, speculoos, white chocolate mousse. The service is efficient, user-friendly and discreet when necessary. The wine map offers good discoveries. Address that I strongly recommend and to which I return every time with great pleasure.
