I went to Antoin's for a birthday dinner and it was an amazing experience. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, with excellent attention to detail in the presentation. For the main course, my wife chose the ox tongue with Plume's finest risotto, which was renowned for its unique flavors, while I opted for the tea-smoked baby chicken (though the quail was unavailable) served with black rice and eggplant.
