Went into kfc west city on the 10/6/24, the customer service is absolutely horrible, the person at the till my receipt states I was served by a Angeline constantly huffing and puffing while I was trying to place my order. They then proceeded to forget half my order and when inquired where the rest of my missing order is they proceeded to tell me they don’t have anything left and refused to refund me for missing items... The staff was very friendly, especially the Indonesian lady. The Lord who served orders is also very attentive. Must be the best fast food experience ever.
