Shanghai Street Xiǎo Lóng Fāng

As an Shanghainese I can say it’s really authentic! It definitely exceeded my expectation since it’s hard to find a good Shanghainese food place in Auckland. The place is clean and staff were nice. Will definitely recommend to everyone! I don’t understand why the rating is so low.

My always popular Chinese restaurant never disappoints me in quality and the amount of food. One of the best Chinese restaurant ambience. Customer service varies on days. Because I had days with the best customer service and against it in 1, 2 occasions.

I regularly eat chicken and cabbage dumplings and baked beef soup. Very friendly and simple service when ordering. It looks like a family restaurant, that's what I say because the food is incredible. It is a hidden gem that sits in front of the popular Asian Wok restaurant on the side of the street on Lincoln Street, but the place needs more visitors as it is simply underestimated and not well known. If you want a delicious place to take your family, please come here. Appropriate prices for the taste and size of the plate

The atmosphere is average, the decor and the lighting are nice, but it was quiet when I left. The staff is okay, not too friendly, but I understand they have work to do. The food is delicious, especially the soup dumplings.

I am a regular eating here, pork and cabbage dumplings and braised pork belly.It looks like a family owned restaurant, food is very nice.If you want a delicious place to take your family. This place is good choice. Reasonable prices for the taste and size of the dish are big.
