What PatchNZ doesn't like about Little Easy:
We stopped by this café on a busy Saturday. The two staff members appeared somewhat tired and served at a slow pace, even though there were only a few other customers. The coffee was good, and the scones, when they finally arrived, were enjoyable. However, they might have difficulty managing larger crowds. View all feedback.
We popped in for a last minute sweet treat. Massive piece of apple pie (reheated in an oven not microwave! , ice cream and a coke. Delicious and hit the spot! The service was excellent. The young lady that served us was very friendly. The only thing I could fault them on was the price of the pie a little expensive but again, pretty big slice. Will definitely be back!
Awesome little spot , great staff and fantastic cherry pie
I had a slice of chocolate cake and a hot chocolate. The chocolate cake came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. The hot chocolate was nice and chocolatey and wasn't to sweet. I really liked the Christmas decorations.
If I could have put 0 stars I would have. Horrible Staff Bad Customer Service! Prices are average. Their only strength is their coffee (But trust me even for that you 'll need a double shot to taste the 'richness ' The waffles are crumbly, soggy and pretty much overall revolting. The savories are consumable and I wouldn 't go further and that. I have lived in Ponsonby for 25 years and this is one of the worst spots around. I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND to STAY AWAY from this place. Ponsonby has way better to offer, I would know.
Perfect spot for a brief stop and recharge. Kid friendly, great staff, homemade amazing desserts! Very homely and personal...makes a change from all the modern cafes! Gorgeous patio, off road and raised area to sit. Highly recommend anytime of year!
