Decided we would try out this new cafe, and we weren’t disappointed. The ricotta pancakes were nice and so was the avocado on toast! The fresh juices were also good. Definitely a bit pricey though for what you get. Service was okay, had to ask for cutlery and water to be brought to the table but other than that everything was good. Would recommend trying this place out! View all feedback.
One of our favourite local cafes. Service is always great, with minimal wait times, friendly staff and good food. Presentation is always pretty and the plates are always piled- you won’t leave feeling hungry. They also have a huge selection of cabinet food for the grab-and-go kind of people, all of which always looks amazing.
Roomy and comfortable. Very good service. The place to go for bangers and mash fans. Lovely spiced tomato juice and good range of hot chocolate.
We were here on a Friday morning and there were lots of people coming in to buy counter food, plus about two thirds of the tables were occupied. Our coffee and meals ordered from the menu arrived promptly and were delicious . My daughter ordered The Grill and was defeated a large selection of yummy items on the platter. I had the braised pork belly burger and have been dreaming about it ever since! I am not usually a burger person but the waitress recommended this one and I throughly enjoyed it tender tasty pork slices, and slaw with a hint of spiciness. Top quality products here and good coffee too.
Today we decided to head to Hobsonville for lunch. Driving past Hobsonville Larder we say it was popular but not too busy so we decided to check it out. Having had lattes at home we decided to pass on the coffee and had juice instead. While waiting what seemed like a long time for the juice we checked out the menu and that’s when we realised that the juice is freshly made on site not out of a bottle. The juices were delicious and tasted exactly like the fruit they used. However we concluded the price was a bit much for the size of the drink. For lunch the Eggs Benedict with Salmon was chosen over the Tiger Prawn salad. The Eggs Benedict was yummy and well enjoyed. I opted for the pork pie with chips and some salmon on the side. The meal was delicious with lots of flavour in the pie. The serving size was just right. The service was friendly and the cafe was nice and clean. Overall it was a really nice experience with delicious food.
We came up from Pukekohe today to have lunch somewhere different. Would definitely come again. The food and the friendly service was impeccable. Thanks for a lovely afternoon
