Burger King - Auckland

Brilliant food and service, last review I made 6 months ago the place was absolutely garbage. Such an improvement since. Best looking burgers I saw from a fast food restaurant.

UPDATE: After I posted this review, the manager reached out to me and offered a free meal. Four months later, I took him up on that offer, and he honored it. This time, the meal was freshly cooked and served hot, and the restaurant was in much better condition. Thank you, Harim.

The dining experience was just okay. This Burger King location was not very clean or tidy. Although there were many employees present, they didn’t seem particularly busy, yet the line was long and moved slowly. I also noticed that a little item I ordered was missing and was oddly overlooked when I went to pick it up. Overall, it was a pretty average visit.

The wait wasn't too long, but it took about 10 minutes to receive a simple meal. Unfortunately, the staff were not very friendly. From what I observed, there were only three employees on duty. My burger arrived cold and resembled the food equivalent of sadness. Management should consider hiring more staff to handle the volume of customers and alleviate the pressure on the team, which would ultimately improve the dining experience for customers.

Burger patty on my creamy mayo cheeseburger looked very weird. Fries were horrible too. Had to bin my whole meal because it just didn't taste/look right. I liked BK a whole lot more than McD's before, but the food now at BK is just sad.
