Bikaner Express - Auckland

You have recently begun unlimited buffet lunch and dinner every 7 days. I went to dinner and enjoyed the meal. Everything tasted freshly cooked and was very delicious. I'd go back there soon!

This place deserves more than 5 stars. This is my first time here and surprisingly felt like at home .. This is called a value for money!! I never checked a restaurant before, but this place made me very good. I would recommend it to everyone. Food literally tastes like Mom's: thanks for serving us

Almost all popular Indian and Indo-Chinese vegetarian dishes are available here. South Indian, North Indian, Thali, Snacks Chaat items (Indian Tapas), Pav bhaji, kulfi, Lassi, milk shake, cold drinks, Indian sweets etc. dine in capacity is about 25 and they seems to have lots of take away and catering orders. Enough parking, friendly service. Average taste and quality not up to the mark.

I am very disappointed with the name of Bikaner as I expected good quality food and hygiene standards in Manukau Bikaner.The Chole Bhature and Alu Tikki Chat we ordered were useless. Chick pea( Chole) preparation was so dry and I have not seen in my life such prepration served in a restaurant.It was tasteless and was certainly not freshly prepared. Tiki was so dry and tasteless. When I complained about it, the chef told me that it was mistake of the woman serving it as she did not check what she was serving. I think he did not understand that she was serving what the chefs prepared. I told my family to get up and leave as the food was really looking so unhygenic. The attitude of Chef on my complaint was too casual and though he said that he feels sorry about it, it sounded false. I told him him that I want to complaint about it to Bikaner, the answer was you can do whatever you want . I took photographs of the food and told them that I will definitely put it on my facebook to warn others about it. I did not pay for Chole Bhature plates and only paid for Alu Tikki chat, only half eaten by us. After half an hour later my son told me that he has tummy pain. We are so scared that he might get food poisoning from this stale food as he ate a part of it. It was a lucky escape!

I came 11am morning for lunch and i was hungry. Just want to change my taste but possibly the palak paneer was very salty and i never tasted the worst palak paneer for the last 3 years. The Price of food was good. but food was dreadful especially naan was one week old. Customer service was atrocious especially the lady at the counter. possibly worst Indian vegetarian restaurant ever ate. after much salt taste my mouth had to grab Kombucha raspberry flavor to change my taste Dont even comeback.
