I visit many food trucks in the area, most of them are Taco trucks. This Latin American food truck seems to be a delicious takeover of Latin American foods. It is clear that food is made fresh to order. It doesn't matter to wait a few minutes longer than average if the final result is delicious food that allows me to really enjoy my meal.
