Kfc - Auburndale

Food is good, but they need to get rid of hidden ingredients like MSG, maltodextrin and using hydrogenated oils, which cause NUMEROUS health issues, including cancer. Demand better.

I went through the drive-thru for a dinner meal and they did not have anything I requested I literally had to wait 12 minutes for my entree to be ready through the drive-thru that's after waiting through the drive-thru I had to pull up and wait 12 minutes for my chicken to be cooked this is regular original KFC chicken that I had to wait for and no mashed potatoes

The only reason the service was a 4 is because when I got home, I didn't have my biscuits. ?

Valrie was super nice, very personable and very efficient! My food was hot and fresh!

We have frequent KFC for many years in Minnesota Minnesota Nice , Moved to Winter Haven Florida three years ago.We use to go to KFC but after the manager embarrassed us in front of the Staff and Customers.We placed our order, we noticed the coupons on the right, I picked one up, asked the staff if the order could be adjusted and honor the coupon? The individual seemed eager to make the adjustments. BUT wait, the manager took the coupon along with the other coupons, scolded me, stated that I should have used the coupon in the beginning and bring my own coupon from the paper.The supervisor does not have Customer Service, he needs training. I believe the employee was surprised at the manager for his rudeness. It will be surprising if the employees stay employed at the Winter Haven location. Thank you for listening to my rant.
