Sent a cold coffee back and took another half an hour as they needed to make other peoples coffee than to make an unpleasant customer happy. Wont be coming back even if you paid me. Waste of time

We drove 2 and a half hours from Newcastle to Sydney and it was well worth it. We were not disappointed and will definitely be returning next week. Keep up the great work! - Jason and Jojo.

When I sent the cold coffee back, it took another half an hour because they prioritized making coffee for other customers over ensuring a dissatisfied customer was satisfied. I will not be returning, even if I was paid to do so. Such a waste of time.
