Sauce - Auburn

If I could write a review for under 1 star I would!Each time we have been to Sauce/Wafflelicious since its renovations, the experience has left us questioning what has happened.Simply terrible customer service!We have had such disappointing experiences on a number of occasions with different group sizes, and different staff so it is not just a coincidence.Lowlights as below:Temperature in restaurant varies from scorching hot to pleasantZero communication between staffInflexibility in the menu and normal requests, such as drinks to come out with foodIncomplete orders sent to the table, multiple requests for sides/saladsArrogant wait staff who have no concept of customer service – and actually argue with customers!The one saving grace is the food isn’t too bad, once you get it..Avoid this place, as it is not worth the trouble..

Today i went here with my family and it took 50mins maybe longer for our to come out and it all came out separately. We didn't eat like a family but everyone was eating there food by them selves. It was really shocking haven't waited that long for food should of cooked at home! And ate like a normal family! The kids meals are too over priced for something that small plus there tight as on there plates there was barely anything in my plate ! I wouldn't come here again thats for sure !

I always eat at Sauce and you will never leave unsatisfied. The staff are lovely, the food is delicious and its no where near expensive!!!

Went the other night we had good table service we had to ask them to come back a few times as we weren't ready, yummy food and a lot of it.. Walked away very satisfied im heading back there again today with another friend.. :)

Food is tasty but very heavy and servings are enough for 2 people. Service is ok but restaurant is always cold and table and chairs not comfortable
