We ordered a... read more Food seems really nice, but the service was shocking. Never received table water asked twice, ordered a coffee but didn't come but charged for it. We ordered a pizza for home, waiting for it at our table, when I asked about it, they said it was at the counter. Had been sitting there for a good ten minutes without even letting us know. Such poor service.

Every time we have visited Sauce/Wafflelicious since its renovation, the experience has left us wondering what went wrong. The customer service is simply terrible. We have had consistently disappointing experiences on multiple occasions with different group sizes and employees, so it's not just a one-time occurrence. Issues include: inconsistent temperature in the restaurant, lack of communication among staff, inflexibility with the menu and simple requests like drinks, incomplete orders being served to the table, and arrogant wait staff who lack basic customer service skills and even argue with customers. The only positive aspect is that the food is decent once you actually receive it. Overall, it's best to avoid this place as it's simply not worth the trouble.
