Wendy's - Auburn Hills

The people were very pleasant. I ordered coffee. There is no cream or sugar at this restaurant. I ordered a single hamburger plain. It came with nasty American cheese on it. The bun was stale, dry, hard, cardboard. I asked for pepper. There is no pepper at this restaurant. I do not recommend this place.

No creamer no sugar no biscuits and gravy at 10 am. And to top it off the front lady taking the order sounds like her dog died, no smile hating the world. Then got snotty when I couldn't understand her mumling through the mic. Worst customer service

This is an unfortunate review. The man that worked the window wasn't very pleasant when we stopped in for breakfast yesterday and we got french fries for breakfast! They didn't have biscuits for sandwiches, so we just asked to have it replaced with a croissant. We got a cold sandwich from the drive through then went back through the drivethru to get a warm up and the guy gave us another cold sandwich! Both sandwichs felt cold through the wrapper! If coming to work is such a hassle then why come in? I'm really not trying to interrupt your day by trying to order food during business hours! That's your business right?

Arrived at the driver's in the rain only to discover they have no canopy so you'll get soaked while ordering and paying. Service at this location was incredibly slow but they did get the large order correct. Fries were not sufficiently salted.

I was going to order until i went to use the restroom. The restroom smells like they have a sewage issue and the water from the sink smells of sewage as well I'm disgusted and won't be eating at this location. For it to be In this nice suburbian location in surprised.
