Contribute FeedbackA recent visit to the TGI Fridays location revealed mixed reviews from our party. While some members experienced issues with burned food and slow service, the manager was quick to address the problems, offering a generous discount on the bill. Additionally, the lack of recognition of OpenTable reservations caused confusion and delays. However, the friendly server and tasty drinks made up for some of the shortcomings. Overall, the experience was salvaged by the efforts of the manager and accommodating staff.
Serving was very friendly and eating was not bad. for money.
No cute when eating arrived. I had to get ketchup myself. I asked for sweeter, never came, not eating well.
This location does not honor open table reservations
Very good experience but when we checked in they said they don't do the OpenTable anymore
Got there and they said they don't take reservations even thou I made one on open table. Very very slow service
