Papa Romano’s Pizza Mr. Pita

This is my go to pizza place. I get this about twice a week. I’m a huge pizza junky and I’ve always eaten hungry Howies or Jets until I moved out here and tried papa romanos. The pizza is great, I highly recommend trying a deep dish square pizza. Their Cajun crust is also the best I’ve had

Came in to order some bambino bread and wasn’t even greeted by the young lady who works here instead she just kept sweeping and I had to get her attention mind you this is at 7:54 at night. To just watch her sweep and then touch my bread put it in the oven and then continue sweeping so just imagine where her hands been making food.

Place an order for pizzas and brownies tonight. My brownie was burnt called the store to see if I could get it replaced the young lady that answered the phone was very rude on the phone when I asked to speak to the manager talk to the manager. he was even rude they replaced my brownie. Had to bring the brownie it back in no big deal. When the guy looked at it he's like oh yeah it's burnt so bad it could be a frisbee why are you not looking at your food before you're handing it out to your customers.

Nice Valentine’s Day pizza. It would have been great if there had been more topping options. The staff were not rude at all when I went to pick up my order.

Placed an online order at 7:02pm on Memorial Day without knowing they closed at 7. I received a voicemail moments later from a women (could have been named Star, but unsure) that worked there stating that they closed at 7. She then called me back, offering to make my order still as she was waiting anyway for a door dash pick up. I expressed that it was not necessary, if they were closed that was my fault for putting in an order. After her insisting it wasn't a problem, I accepted her offer to do so and rushed up there to make sure she didn't have to stay any extra time than needed. I have never seen such amazing customer service. The pizza and bread were equally as great as the service I received. I continue to tell friends and family that this location has provided some of the best pizzas consistently over the last year or longer. I will be back time and time again. Those complaining of poor customer service must have been rude enough to receive it. Takes no effort to treat people with kindness and respect, and you will receive it in return. Great establishment and I hope the owner knows what kind of workers they have here.
