Jimmy John's - Auburn Hills

Place was suppose to be open at 10:30…… no one around at 11.

Typical Jimmy's, only downside is they always seem to keep the lights off inside the dining area, and a sub is getting .

Website said open at 10:30am. 11:00am and the doors were locked, no one inside. I'm glad the Subway down the road went by their posted hours where I'll be going from now on.

Nothing like watching the staff sitting on the counters while your food is being made. The person at the register didn’t even stand up when to hand my sandwich to me. Just kept drinking their Dunkin’ Donuts in one hand and passed me my sandwich. If this is how the staff acts in front of customers I wonder what goes on when no one’s around and question The cleanliness.

Not impressed with this location. I’ve been working near by here (1 mile away) for the last couple weeks and am a fan of the chain. The first two times I tried to get food from here were unsuccessfull. The third time I finally was able to eat here and the staff were rude and the food was poorly prepared. I HIGHLY recommend going to the one about 5 miles away from here instead. Even with the extra drive and time on my short lunch break I sure won’t be coming back to this location.
