I really enjoy Gloria Jean, they have amazing drinks. However, the last few visits the employees seem depleted and were a bit rude, despite how small the coffee shop is. i’ve been here three times, two times ive been yelled at/made fun of by the same barista. the coffee is okay. it’s the best place in great lakes crossing, both experiences made me feel like i was in a cafe in new york living the true coffee-goers experience so i dont mind. support small businesses remember to tip your baristas View all feedback.
