uring our visit to Coolyo, we noticed that the woman behind the counter had her mask below her chin. Despite our initial concern, we were reassured as there were no longer any mask mandates in place and we had forgotten to bring our own masks. The woman quickly pulled up her mask and proceeded to demonstrate how to make yogurt. Our daughter eagerly followed along and made her own yogurt while my partner ordered a smo... View all feedback.
What Назар Васильчук doesn't like about Coolyo (frozen Yogurt Bubble Tea Superfood Smoothies Coffees):
Unfortunately, this place has really gone downhill. I haven’t been there in a few years, and you can tell it has changed for the worse. The first thing I noticed was the girl behind the counter wasn’t wearing a mask. My husband and I picked out our froyo- nothing too crazy. It was over $20! I was totally shocked. The froyo itself was tasty, but definitely not worth the price. Price has skyrocketed with the new owner.... View all feedback.
Awesome FroYo, great service. They have dairy free yogurt as well which is pretty tasty. Highly recommend!
I love the bubble tea here. I come in once or twice a week and get 2 at a time ?. The frozen yogurt is good too.

Real shame- the place used to be so fun to go to!
CoolYo used to be great. Unfortunately, it’s now incredibly overpriced. I purchased 2 cups of frozen yogurt, and the total was over $17. I purposely only filled my cup about half-way (as I prefer lighter desserts), and neither cup had overly-generous amounts of heavy toppings applied. I heard management/ownership had changed a couple years ago, and apparently so has the pricing model. I used to pay half that much for the same portions and toppings. My family was with me, and they were also quite surprised at total cost of their 2 cups being nearly $20. The yogurt flavor was ok, but nothing special and certainly no where close to deserving the price they charged. Also, the cashier wasn't even wearing a mask which is a rather concerning oversight for a place serving open food in a state with COVID cases on the rise again. We won't be back.
They need to cut the kiwis better; I tasted skin. The froyo is excellent, though.
