There was hair in my food , and when I went back up to the counter to let them know , I heard one of the employees say to another employee “other one with hair in it” with this smug look on her face. So this place needs to reconsider the food safety measures. View all feedback.

Lady at counter was extremely rude and careless. I literally Stopped only for a Root beer and it seemed to be a heavy Burden for this person, terrible customer service, This lady was on Her phone with her back to the counter and Didn't even know I was there until I had said something. She clearly doesn't respect her position and doesn't deserve to have it.
Love A&W no frills on the chili cheese dogs. The root beer is delicious, fast and efficient service. Good choice at the Food court in Great Lakes crossing. Lots of other options but this is ole reliable . ?
