Incredible place every time I'm in the area where I'm the waiting staff is amazing that they really care about your satisfaction I say we're probably going there two or three times a week

Big Mouth Bites could ha been cook a little longer. Bacon bits and ranch dressing missing, as always. Fabulous fries, as always. Huge portion and delicious as always. The Patron Margarita fabulous as always.

I really enjoyed the skillet cookies but the texas fries werent great. They were very overcooked and you couldnt even tell there was cheese on them

We were seated near cold windows and requested to move to the inner dining area to accommodate my elderly father, but were refused and had to remain in the bar area. We waited over an hour for our food and coffee refills. The food that was served to us was cold and when we asked the waitress for new sides, she never brought them. After speaking to the manager, a young girl was sent to offer a $5 coupon for a return visit. Is the manager a coward? Our bill came out to $43.16 and the service was very poor. The mashed potatoes and corn were cold, and the ribs were room temperature. Overall, a disappointing experience at the Auburn location.

This restaurant is not worth the price with VERY slow service, poor food quality, and a careless waitress. My family had to wait over 45 minutes for food that was inedible. The fajita trio I ordered had chicken that wasn't warm or cut properly, stale beans, and rice that was either undercooked or extremely dry. The waitress seemed unconcerned when I brought up the issues with the food. The steak was also overcooked when we had asked for it to be cooked medium rare. This was my third bad experience at this restaurant, and I will not be returning. It is not worth the time or money.
