Jimmy Johns - Auburn

Made an order at 9:11pm it didn’t go out for delivery until 11:14pm. As I’m writing this it’s 1:05am and still no food has been delivered to me. Also tried to call the store about 15 times and not a single one was answered. At this point I just want my money back.

Worst Jimmy Johns ever. Used to be so good, so I don't know what happened recently. Last couple times I've ordered they either forget something or mess it up. Bread has been super stale also

A delivery place that “does not provide enough driver...” and then has terrible customer service. the weave with the short black hair has a terrible attitude and is there the most unhelpful worker. 3 weeks later (worked original review) I was not yet credited for the sandwich! after the e-mail with the owner? Maybe a manager? get several paintings about credit. now they have stopped answering. Never go to those jimmy johns.

Really cool workers. but this is said to be three worst restaurants in auburn. they are neither crazy nor fast. I've been wasting 12 hours for my lunch. they could literally put an ape on the car wheel and it would come faster. not only did they get my default wrong with multiple locations, but they yelled at me because my order was claimed not delivered. they claim to give back their money, but this is more wrong, then we think that next year we will have a good football season. the only reason they continue to do business is because they are the latest open. If I had a choice, I'd rather eat a ball to the skull, then order them from here at least. it is as bad as chipotle and mcdonald in auburn. they need a new management or a complete remodel in a jersey bakes of my opinion.

I ordered a veggie sub and when I got home to eat it I saw it was only cheese, NOT EVEN MAYONNAISE! When I called nobody answered, also took a minute to make the two sandwiches I ordered. Would not recommend
