Arby's Roast Beef Restaurant - Auburn

My man and I really enjoyed eating was great. the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was very cozy and welcoming. will be back soon: 5/5

Rude, not back. the customer service at this place is terrible. ordered a bark n cheddar meal in the trip thru. I have a regular roast beef. I wanted to correct myself. the girl never said a word. she said the kitchen to make a new sandwich, and when the kitchen there was her, she threw it into a bag. then she ripped it on the counter and went away, not say a word again. I don't care if your food is a top button. I'm pretending to worry you just to get what I paid for, and you lost my business. I tried to contact someone about it, but no luck.

Ordered the new special, which is advertised in the television and on a large poster on the window just a few meters away from the counter and the workers there reply that they did not have this article in a long time. this is the article currently blown over arby TV commercials and all over this standsite window. not sure, the quality of this place if they do not know what is advertised on their own window.

I ordered a Greek gyro and got a Philly sandwich instead. I was on my lunch not open my bag until I came back to work until it was late for me to go back because I had been too late to get back to work. was not able to eat this sandwich

Food was old and dry I bought 2 two for six and 2 roast beef both dry and little meat and 1 chicken sandwich had 2 tiny hard chicken strips that was old and dry we got know sauce for roast beef I spent 13.00 for I was very disappointed, they gave us that food knowing it was old and dry and hard.
