The Brown House - Auburn

That's a good old summer dinner. Shakes, burgers, pommes, onion rings... Don't go if you're in a hurry. It is nothing that will change your life, only good traditional American farewell

You have the best chocolate malt I've ever had! I'm really glad they've extended their hours. Be sure to try the roasted pork tenderloin sandwich—it's absolutely delicious. I ordered the fried mushrooms, but I'm not sure they're worth the new price; it seems like they reduced the portion size. They are tasty, but I could buy an entire box of frozen fried mushrooms at Kroger for just $2 more. I also picked up some Pup Cups for my dogs, and they absolutely loved them, especially the treats at the bottom of the cup. The service is excellent, although sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, but it's worth it for that malt. Plus, all the food is freshly made. The vanilla cokes are quite popular around here in Auburn as well.

The Brown House is a great family-owned restaurant. They have a large variety of items. The vanilla custard is my favorite! Oh and can’t forget about the coney dogs fried pickles. I love the service being greeted by the staff each time I go. I highly recommend giving this place a try next time you are in Auburn, IN.

This nostalgic trip back to the golden age of dining offers some of the best beef hot dogs you'll ever taste. Pair it with a milkshake in almost any flavor you want, and a delightfully greasy order of tater tots, and you have a ticket to small-town culinary bliss.
