This is the quickest Subway stop I can recall. The staff were very professional and expertly managed multiple tasks, completing my order along with others placed online without any hiccups. They even helped me save money by combining my two 6-inch sandwiches into footlongs. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
Worst place to get a sandwich the way that u want it. Ordered a pizza wrap. They only put 2 pieces of cheese on my wrap. I asked them to toast my wrap for a couple of seconds and the manager said that they couldn't. When I got to work I had to warm my wrap in the microwave and the guy makes u feel embarrassed and he argues with customers. Please don't go to this subway. Night manager is disrespectful and has not one ounce of customer service. Told me if I wasn’t on my phone he would’ve known not to toast my food when I had just asked him not to. Then threw the bread across the counter and put his hands up at me like it was my fault. Me being on the phone did not impede my ordering. He just decided to be rude and disrespectfully call me “girl” after telling me to get off my phone. Disgusting excuse of management and customer service. Subway should be embarrassed to have him on payroll.
The guy working in this Subway needs to learn a little about customer service. I have a disability which causes me to have ticks. He decided it would be a good idea to point one of these ticks out so everyone else there could here. I was horrified. Maybe Subway should teach their employees about inclusion and acceptance. I wish I could give it Zero stars
Wonderful experience! Farrah and Marty were awesome! Great customer service. We are making this a go to lunch spot.
