Stopped off here on my way home.. big fan of sourdough bread in general so wanted to give it a try. Went with pastrami and turkey and it did not disappoint. What User doesn't like about Sourdough Co. Auburn:
No employees were wearing masks, no disinfecting, no social distancing, no gloves, and no safety protocols in place. The drink machine was not working properly. It took twenty minutes to make three sandwiches, one of which was burnt and inedible. The edible portion was delicious but not worth the high price. Overall, a complete disregard for COVID regulations. I will not be returning to this restaurant. View all feedback.
Yum! loves the thunfish on her delicious sourdough! service is great! clam chowder in an acidic dough shell beats on a cool night the place!
Image shows only a part of the salat most of salat is brown!
I've been great for a few years. this past week not so great. I think they may have changed their own. I ordered an salat 2 different paintings. both of them were terrible. the half of the ingredients were missing. much smaller. I'm probably not going back.
My first time going here, and upon entering none of the customers inside the establishment were told to wear a mask. In a global pandemic with over six people in there not wearing a mask. I brushed it aside, but when I began ordering, I realized the selection of items you can put on your sandwich was really minimal and bland. I opted for mustard as my condiment and carried on. When I actually sat down to eat the sandwich, my order was messed up and I couldn't even eat it. Overall I regret to say that the quality of the sandwiches and service can be easily compared to a place like jimmy johns. Except jimmy johns usually gets your order right.

Slightly crisp on the outside, but soft and not too breast on this inside. My only complaint is $10 for an 8 sandwich seems a bit much by a buck or two, but other than that it's a very good sandwich.
