I?m a big fan of smoothies and have always liked smoothie king! The reason I wanted to share a view is to speak on the the high quality, efficient, kind, and helpful service which these employees provide. Even when I ask for customization of a drink, they are able to do it without any problem! Whether I go through the drive thru or order in store, they always meet my expectations. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Smoothie King:
First they take WAY TOO LONG to make a smoothie. I keep waiting for 15 minutes in this ride. I had the same smoothie for months, but in another place. I started coming here and the same smoothie is so nasty and watery from this place. I have to remind them that they do not make it too watery, and they still give me a smoothie that tastes like it?s sitting in the sun forever. To the point, I decided to try and guess s... Today, Friday, September 18th, I stopped by this location with its first hour of opening. There was a line wrapped halfway around the building. All medium size moothies are 5$ every friday, so a delay was anticipated. After waiting 10 minutes or so a young lady by the name Paige (according to the receipt) frantically apologized for the delay amid the chaos, explaining that she opened the location alone. She kept her composure and remained professional under the pressure of the moring rush. I applaud you Paige, and accompanying crew. The moothies were accurate and tasted fantastic! Well worth the wait.
Had to come back in for a fix on my smoothie, and let me tell you Lucas is great. AMAZING customer service was given! Lucas was very kind and fixed the smoothie with quickness!! Thank you so much!!! 5 stars simply for Lucas great attitude!!
They will help suggest which Smoothie one would like. Very clean environment and friendly service. Not sure if it's every Friday but the Friday we went 32oz Smoothies were 5.00 Really like the fact they offer almond milk if one is vegan. I came in on Wednesday morning and was having a rough day. The young man Charlie who was behind the counter made my day with his excellent service and personality.
The young ladies working here need an attitude adjustment.The smoothies were horrible. They didn’t make them the correct wayTook forever for 2 smoothies with no one else inside.
