Went here for a quick coffee with a friend. I got a 24 oz Hazelnut latte with oatmilk, and a breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg and cheese on sourdough).

Bad coffee experience.. and I’m not a big complainer. I actually help manage a coffee shop of my own. Occasionally mistakes are made and that is fine. We train our employees to learn from our mistakes and start over if a drink is ever returned. I ordered a double shot mocha today a PNW Coffee Co and was given a single shot latte. I returned it to be fixed, but was immediately returned the same drink with some chocolate added in after. Not acknowledging the chemistry behind making a good mocha and the lack of passion behind making good coffee for customers.
