Pho Dinh - Auburn

The pho at this restaurant is delicious, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is lovely. The staff is friendly and attentive, always taking good care of you. I enjoy coming here regardless of the weather. On a cold day, a bowl of their tasty pho will warm you up, while on a hot day, it will leave you feeling refreshed and cooler. Overall, it's a great dining experience.

It appears that this restaurant is now under new management and is not living up to the standards set by the previous management. I arrived at 12:15 for lunch and was told the wait would be 15-20 minutes for two banh mi sandwiches. It seemed like the restaurant was very busy and it was during their lunch rush. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I was disappointed to find that my order was not ready, and it seemed like there was only one person working in the kitchen. After waiting another five minutes to pay and pick up my order, I overheard a conversation between the host and the kitchen staff involving the excessive use of the microwave to heat up my sandwich. Finally, after waiting 10 more minutes, I received my sandwiches and left to go back to work. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were disappointing, with the bread tasting stale and the overall sandwich seeming chaotic and reheated. We will not be returning to this restaurant, and I would advise you to avoid it as well.

The service at this restaurant was slow, the broth tasted terrible, and the noodles were chewy. The prices were also high. However, it wasn't the waitress's fault, as the dishes were also flavored with taro. I'm grateful that I don't live in this area!
