Mcdonald's - Auburn

Thank you to your location for being closed on Christmas for your employees to have a day off with their families. More of your stores should do this!! Enjoy!!

Was in a hurry and didn't have breakfast so stopped for a biscuit before appt. First window employees congregated laughing and playing around, same at second window standing around. Got my biscuit and drove out. Looked at it and was cold, no cheese and the egg was burnt. Looped back around had to wait in line again to get my refund. I will never go back. Terrible

I come through the drive through at this location often and every time they have me wait on the side of the building for my food. They never serve me at the window, even if it is less than 3 min of wait or there are little to no cars behind me. I would understand every now and then but this is, I kid you not, every time I come through. It is also a hit or miss if my food will come without mistakes. Food was typical McDonald's/fast food. The service and atmosphere were like fish serving a conveyer belt..... It almost felt like we were an inconvenience to the server and disrupting whatever she was doing. The atmosphere was not comfortable or welcoming on any level for dine in or otherwise. It felt like just get you order and go! The kids meal toy display didn't even have anything in it... very surreal and lacking experience.
