Usually I don 't care much about fast food workers being rude as hell cause I would be mad if I didn 't get paid a living wage while working in a hot ass kitchen too , not only is it midnight , but from the jump this girl was rude over the mic and snapped and interrupted with the anything else ? 7 separate times , I couldn 't barley get a word in. When we got to the window we paid , she gave us our food , our order was in correct and when we tried to get her attention at the window she ignored us. After that she came over , we asked for 4 ranch , she hands us 2 and slams the window. Being rude is one thing but the order wasn 't even correct so we had to pull around, now she just looks rude and stupid.

When a person asks for NO Mustard, they want NO Mustard, not mustard that was obviously scraped off as their were still hints of mustard on the bun. I am allergic to mustard and now can't eat it. Hopefully for your sake I won't have an allergic reaction that requires medical attention.

Since I have not heard back after filing an official complaint . I wanted to make this post and I will be filing a complaint and notifying the health department. I tried to speak with management at the establishment and was met with a rude person over the phone. She was not wanting to reimburse me for my entire meal, being that this food was molded who is to say nothing else was? I sat there being a pleasant as I could but clearly very frustrated for about 20 minutes before I was given a full refund . Initially the women helping me told me she cannot give me a refund , then low and behold she was actually able to. The customer service was not to standard and there was no understanding to my situation. I fed this food TO MY KIDS. The manager was not concerned and she literally told me it 's not my problem because she was busy at her kids school. I just wanted to warn my community since this issue was never followed up on after I made a complaint directly to jack in the box

It's Sunday night. 11:20 pm and they day they close at 2. Am. But they won't answer their phone and they've blocked off the drive through with a garbage can.
