Way overpriced. Food was reheated and tasted like it. Will not go back. Learned there are two restaurants owned by brothers. No, thank you!! Stay far away. (The owner responds unprofessionally? That shows their integrity lack of it as noted, stay far away from this place!! All deflection and blame pointing on the customer) what a joke!! View all feedback.

Had been to other location years ago, always good. First time at #2. Great! Food-So good! Service- On point! Atmosphere-Hey, it's an old building space with an antique shop feel, who cares when the food and service are this good! I'm a seasoned gourmet cook foodie for years. Love love Edelweiss!
Food is excellent (many different omelets), be careful, portions are huge...they do offer half plates for a small deduction in price. Have been going here for ever, best breakfast meals in Auburn, Ca. Beware not much free parking available, but there is 3$ parking across the street.
Good people working here. Kind, patient and hardworking! Food was great as well. One recommendation: put breakfast tacos on menu:
This place is very reasonably priced and you get a lot of food. It's always super tasty I only wish you was closer to where I lived
